September 9, 2022 — Human resource issues are among the biggest challenges facing businesses in 2022 and they can be even more difficult for small businesses. In Startup Alleghenies’ Human Resources Bootcamp, held weekly from November 1 through November 29, 2022, you’ll learn to implement the most effective procedures and techniques so you can proactively manage your human resources and focus on running your business.
What it is: The training will include four two-hour sessions taught virtually by experts on key topics such as recruitment, retention and company culture, as well on helpful procedures and important policies. In the week after the formal session concludes, each of the participants will have an hour- long one-on-one session with the instructor for follow up questions and counseling. Find full descriptions of the session online at StartupAlleghenies.com/bootcamp.
What it costs: This bootcamp is offered completely free of charge, thanks to a grant from the Small Business Development Administration, but space is limited to ensure that each participant can receive individualized coaching. There are only ten spots available. Due to the small class size, the selection process is competitive, and ten applicants will be selected based on the strength of their application.
How to apply: Apply for a spot in this 12-hour bootcamp at StartupAlleghenies.com/bootcamp by October 4, 2022. Applicants will be notified by October 12, 2022.
