The Penn State Launch Box & Innovation Network recently announced the launch of our new, completely free, online program that’s designed to help aspiring business owners get started. It’s called Customer Discovery 101. Customer discovery helps remove some of the risk from the startup process. It asks you to identify and test your core business assumptions, so you can adjust your plan before you invest your money, effort and time into building a business.

This self-guided resource helps you dive deeper into understanding your customers, setting clear objectives, and building strategies to align your business with what your customers want.
