Mona Shaw from Everett’s historic Union Hotel utilized a Startup Alleghenies coach to launch her business dreams. She’s looking forward to continued, steady, growth in 2024 and focusing on maintaining positive word-of-mouth advertising. Read more about her story here. She offered this advice to aspiring business owners in the Alleghenies:
“Make sure your business plan is solid. Putting your dream in writing is probably the most difficult thing to do but it is the most important project for putting your dream into action. If you’re uncertain of your direction you can look back on your business plan. If it is well thought out and written, it serves as a guide to handling anything. A start-up rarely needs to revise a business plan. If you do, there’s usually a problem with something in the action, not the plan. It can serve as your foundation and support.”
A Startup Alleghenies coach can help you get started with a plan or help to refine it. What are you waiting for? Register at StartupAlleghenies.com to connect with a coach in your county and make 2024 the year you turn your business idea into a reality.
