Somerset County helps local entrepreneurs build structure around their dreams

The Somerset County entrepreneurial coach and startup efforts reside at the Somerset County Government. The Somerset County, PA Entrepreneurship Program is part of Startup Alleghenies with a mission to bring greater economic vitality, talent and jobs to the Somerset County region by creating a vibrant startup ecosystem.

This free program coaches, and supports entrepreneurs while partnering with a vast network of economic development groups, private organizations, investors and universities to create a path to success.

Somerset County’s Startup Alleghenies coach Matt Reckner said, “As a one-stop-shop a start up or existing business can come for a variety of needs– growth of business, entrepreneurs to grow business skills, business literacy.”
