Intro To CAD
CAD stands for Computer Aided Drafting and, since its creation in 1960, is used in nearly every industry. CAD Programs are great for laying out plans, drafting Ideas, building material lists, and even just having fun drawing in a computer. Computer Aided Drafting is also fundamental in working with today’s Advanced Manufacturing equipment like laser cutters, CNC routers, CNC mills, and 3D Printers.

Taught by our experienced professionals this workshop focuses on the fundamental processes and tools of Computer Aided Drafting through a program called Onshape.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
ages 13 & UP This workshop is ideal for someone with no experience in CAD but have an interest in 3D printing, computer aided drafting, engineering, designing, computer controlled machines, physical art, wood working, and technology.
